Roopika Risam is Associate Professor in the Digital Humanities and Social Engagement Cluster at Dartmouth College. She is the author ofNew Digital Worlds: Postcolonial Digital Humanities in Theory, Praxis, and Pedagogy (2019) and editor of The Digital Black Atlantic (2021). Risam is the principal investigator of the Digital Ethnic Futures Consortium, a Mellon Foundation-funded initiative to build capacity for teaching and research at the intersections of digital humanities and ethnic studies.
