Ellen Bishop is the Director for Integrated Library Services at the Florida Academic Library Services Cooperative, part of the Florida Virtual Campus and a division of the University of West Florida Innovation Institute. FALSC provides library automation services for the students, faculties, and staff at the 40 public colleges and universities in the state of Florida. She is co-lead for the current Sierra / Encore Duet Implementation.
