Beda Kosata is the principal developer of the usage statistics software Celus and the COUNTER Registry. Even though he has a PhD in chemistry, he switched to IT early in his career and has been focusing mainly on data-driven web applications. Since 2020 he has been a member of the COUNTER Technical Advisory Group.
