EBSCO Launches Inspec With Full Text

 EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has released Inspec with Full Text, a premier resource for the world’s scientific and technical literature. Produced in collaboration with experts at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (The IET), Inspec with Full Text combines full-text content with the specialized indexing and classification of the Inspec database and encompasses a broad range of subjects including: astronomy, computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, mechanical and production engineering, and physics.

With the release of Inspec with Full Text, researchers in the academic, corporate and government markets now have access to comprehensive abstracts, indexing and full-text articles in one resource, exclusively through EBSCO. Inspec with Full Text contains more than 1,500 full-text journals, abstracted journals from more than 500 publishers and indexing from more than 7.5 million conference items, plus preprints, books, dissertations, patents, reports and videos. By integrating full-text content with the specialized indexing and classification of the Inspec database, it offers researchers around the world unmatched depth and accessibility for their research.

Inspec Analytics, a dynamic research intelligence tool based on the IET’s Inspec database, can be accessed within Inspec with Full Text. The tool enables research professionals to explore beyond the literature in Inspec with Full Text to identify and compare research trends across thousands of organizations and scientific concepts at both local and global levels. Integrated access to Inspec Analytics is available through links on the EBSCOhost® or EBSCO Discovery Service™ results page.
